Sorry, but since printing are order specific, we cannot accept cancellation of orders. However, if you contact us within 4 hours of placing the order, we should be able to stop printing of the order. However, we do not take any guarantee that this will always be possible.

You can check the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account. Orders are usually shipped in 4 to 5 business days. As mentioned above, since the photographs are printed against individual orders, if you received the item in good condition, we cannot give any refund. Although utmost care is taken while shipping the items, If the items were damaged in shipping, we will replace the items with the same items. Please retain the original packaging.
