    1. Do you have a catalog?
    Our website is our only catalog, it is a virtual listing of our extensive selection of merchandise. At this time, we do not offer a printed catalog.

    2. What is the difference between a reproduction and a photograph?
    We only offer original photographs in limited editions. An original photograph is a photograph printed by the artist. With digital processes, originals are not handcrafted but are approved and signed by the artist. A reproduction is a second or further generation from the original photograph. A reproduction can be photographic or ink-based, such as a poster, lithograph, card, or calendar.

    3. What if I placed a duplicate order?
    If you feel you have placed a duplicate order, please contact us at sales@wonderwall.co.in and we will be happy to assist you.

    4. What if I forgot my password?
    If you have forgotten your password please e-mail us at customersupport@wonderwall.co.in with the e-mail address associated with your account and we will be happy to send you your information.

    7. Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
    Sorry, but since printing are order specific, we cannot accept cancellation of orders.  However, if you contact us within 4 hours of placing the order, we should be able to stop printing of the order.  However, we do not take any guarantee that this will always be possible.

    8. Where is my order?
    You can check the status of your order at anytime by logging into your account. Orders are usually shipped in 4 to 5 business days. Once your order is shipped the tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail and will also be available by logging into your account. You may log in to your account to access the tracking number.

    11. I would like to return or exchange something, what should I do?
    As mentioned above, since the photographs are printed against individual orders, if you received the item in good condition, we cannot give any refund.   Although utmost care is taken while shipping the items, If the items were damaged in shipping, we will replace the items with the same items.  Please retain the original packaging.  You may e-mail us at customersupport@wonderwall.co.in
