Saadiya Kochar is a fine art photographer who specialises in women portraiture. The feminine energy is a vital part of her works.

Qualification:Diploma in mass communication from Aurobindo institute. Advanced course in photography from Triveni Kala Sangam.
Advanced course in photography from ICPP, Australia(in collaboration with NIFT and later PAF).
Solo shows:March 06-Zikr…..-A month long festival on Sufism, which was organised by the photographer. The festival was opened with an exhibition of photographs at the Attic, New Delhi.
March 05-Within…..-an exhibition on spiritual belly dancing and the Gurdjieff movements.
December 03-Being…..-A collection of photographs exploring various human emotions through the naked body. The collection was showcased at India International Centre.
Group shows:April 07-Vision beyond,a show organised by Art indus,in Delhi.
April 06- Dialogo con la piel;a show featuring the works of various. Female photographers; at Arteko, in San Sebastian, Spain. August 05- The incredible moment, a photography show organised by People for Animals in New Delhi.
Photography projects:Worked on a project for the Pearl academy of Fashion. Currently working on a project for Action for Autism. Worked on projects for both DPS society and DPS, Rohini,Worked on a project Faces of partnership for the Australian high commission.

Photography assignments:Worked for advertising agencies, construction companies, fashion designers and design studios.
